Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AxisCoach ("the Service"), a software platform for personal trainers and coaches to manage clients, scheduling, programming, nutrition, check-ins and invoicing. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

2. Free trial & billing

• Your account starts with a 7-day free trial. No card is required to begin.
• We only ask for payment when the trial ends — you choose a plan then.
• Once billing is live, fees are charged in advance for the term you choose through our payment processor. Prices are shown in South African Rand and may change with notice.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the Service stays available until the end of the paid term.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — no unlawful activity, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, and no uploading of content you don't have the right to store. You are responsible for the client information you enter and for having a lawful basis to process it.

4. Your data & your clients' data

You own the data you put into AxisCoach. We process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Notice. Because you handle personal information about your clients, you are the responsible party under POPIA for that information; AxisCoach acts as an operator processing it on your behalf. You can export all of your data at any time from Settings.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, maintain or change features over time. We'll aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, AxisCoach is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.

7. Ending your account

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms. On closure we'll make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continuing to use AxisCoach after a change means you accept it.
