Coach software
Everything your coaching business runs on.
One place for your clients, your diary, your programming and your money — and an app on their phone that shows them today.
A spreadsheet, a notebook and a WhatsApp thread stop working somewhere around your tenth client.
The money
Know what you made before you ask the bank.
Collected against your target, what went out, what you kept and who is still late — kept up to date by the invoices you were sending anyway.
71%
of this month's target, collected
30
sessions booked this week
90%
of what was invoiced, in the bank
The client
One record per person, not a folder each.
Their block, their meal plan, their check-ins, their bloods and what they owe, on the one page you open before a session.
Their app
Progress they can see.
One WhatsApp link and they are in — no password to create, no app store to find. Today's session, their macros, and a weight trend with the scale noise smoothed out. Everything they do lands back in your workspace.
5.8 kg
down since their first check-in
12 weeks
checked in, in a row
The programming
Build the block once. Use it for years.
A session is a session and a block is twelve weeks of them. Assign it and it arrives on their phone week by week, never all at once. Edit the template later and you choose exactly who the change reaches.
Where the others stop
Built for the clients other software ignores.
If your clients compete, race or run protocols, most coaching software pretends none of it exists. These are real screens, per client, each on its own switch.
Pricing
One price, however many clients you coach.

AxisCoach started because of a simple reality: running a coaching business out of a spreadsheet, a notebook, and a chaotic WhatsApp thread stops working somewhere around your tenth client.
I'm one person, and that's the whole point. When something breaks or you need a new feature, you aren't logging a ticket into a void — you're talking directly to the person who writes the software.
Questions
The things coaches ask first
Is there personal trainer software that actually works in South Africa?
That's what this is. Rand pricing, WhatsApp-first client communication and local support — rather than a US product you pay for in dollars and bend to fit.
Do my clients need to download anything?
No. You send them a link over WhatsApp and it opens their portal in the browser. They can add it to their home screen where it behaves like an app, but there's no app store and no password to create.
Can I invoice and take payments through it?
You can build and send invoices, track what's outstanding and overdue, and record payments against them. Clients pay you the way they already do — the invoice keeps the record straight.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The coach side works on a phone, tablet or desktop, and the client portal is built phone-first because that is the only place clients open it.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You choose whether to subscribe. Nothing is charged during the trial and no card is needed to start one, so the trial can't quietly turn into a bill.
Can I bring my existing clients across?
Yes. You can add clients and send each of them a portal link, and if you're moving a full roster over, ask and it gets sorted out with you directly.
Send one client their app tonight
Load a client, tap send, and watch it arrive on their phone. That is the whole demo, and it takes about ten minutes to know whether it fits how you coach.
